Prices and payment

Each item is listed with a price including VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment.
Payment terms are stated in the shopping cart depending on the payment method chosen.

Right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. Your message to us must clearly state that you are withdrawing your consent. The withdrawal period begins on the day you received the goods or a substantial part of them. If the contract concerns a specially made product – or a product that has been given a clear personal touch, the withdrawal period begins on the day we provided information.

When you have exercised your right of withdrawal:

You are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the item is damaged or lost due to your carelessness, you lose your right to withdraw.

Warranties and service

The warranty applies to spare parts that have manufacturing defects or other defects that existed on the spare part at the time of delivery. The customer must demonstrate that the defect existed at the time of delivery and has caused the product to become unusable during the warranty period.

The warranty does not cover compensation for any consequential defects, both indirect and direct, that can be traced back to a faulty product.
Växellådoronline Sweden has the right to decide whether to repair a defective part, or whether to deliver a replacement part. Växellådoronline Sweden has the right to decide whether to use a new or refurbished part when delivering replacement parts. In addition to these warranty terms, Växellådoronline Sweden has no liability for defects related to spare parts.

When you place your order with us, you provide your personal information. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our operations to fulfill the agreement with you. Unclaimed packages

Unclaimed goods will be returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you the costs of return shipping, shipping fee and handling fee, currently 195: -

Returns

Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed it incorrectly. Returns must be sent to us as a package with DHL, not cash on delivery. In the case of exchanges, we will pay the new shipping from us to you.
